Churchill U14 Girls Football Team compete in the Somerset Cup Final!

It was an energetic and exciting match with the girls fighting hard against Millfield. Despite their best efforts, the final score was 4-0 to Millfield. 

We’re incredibly proud of the girl's dedication and determination throughout the season. This was the first time the Academy has entered the Somerset Cup for Girls Football and getting to the final is an outstanding achievement. 

Congratulations to all the girls and we’d like to make a special mention to Maisie Pymm, who was named Player of the Match. Thank you to all the spectators who came to watch and to the parents who took on the role of linesman.
