Year 8 Impress with Stunning Fruit Tartlets

This week, Year 8 students showcased their culinary skills by preparing fruit tartlets as part of their assessment. Students demonstrated creativity and precision, producing beautifully presented desserts that we’re sure were as delightful to eat as they were to look at. 

From perfectly baked pastry shells to vibrant fruit arrangements, the students not only honed their baking techniques but also explored the art of food presentation. Their efforts resulted in stunning creations that impressed us all.
