Future Chef Regional Heats

Congratulations to Annabelle Isgrove and Evie Goodbrand for all their preparation and effort in the Springboard Future Chef Local Heat. The students were very professional and showed great determination to produce their dishes in an industrial kitchen set up. The standard  was very high and the students executed and presented them to restaurant level. The three judging chefs commented that it was one of the hardest competitions they have had to judge. Each student got individual feedback. The students were excellent ambassadors for the Academy. Only one student went forward to the next heat and unfortunately it was not us this year.  Thank you to all the students who entered the school heat and parents for your support.
