Year 10 Students Impress with Sausage Roll Creations in Practical Assessment

Year 10 Food & Nutrition students showcased their culinary skills during their first practical assessment, crafting delicious homemade sausage rolls. 

The task required students to make puff pastry from scratch, mince the meat, and shape and roll the sausage rolls to perfection.

The results were outstanding, with students demonstrating impressive technique and creativity in their final products.
