Year 12 Students make festive Brandy Snaps

Year 12 Food and Nutrition students have been busy preparing for their upcoming mock Unit 1 exam this week. The class took on a festive challenge to showcase their skills: creating the classic Christmas treat, Brandy Snaps.

The students worked diligently to perfect the delicate recipe, producing crisp and golden results that looked (and tasted) delicious. This practical session not only honed their culinary techniques but also brought a touch of seasonal cheer to the classroom.

With their impressive efforts, the students are well on their way to success in their mock exams.
