Year 9 bake French Palmiers!

In Food Technology this week, our Year 9 students took on a French recipe.  

Palmiers are a beautiful French pastry made from puff pastry and sugar. They are usually shaped like palm leaves or butterflies.

Our students did an incredible job, creating some amazing Palmiers!
