Future Chef Competition 2023
Twelve students turned up the heat on Tuesday 10th October, creating a dinner for two with a budget of just £5. Given one hour to prepare and cook their meals, the aspiring chefs all did an outstanding job. Families had the opportunity to support their children as they demonstrated their abilities. Mrs. McKay, Mrs. North, and Mr. Redman, our tasters and judges, took their time selecting the top dishes. The following criteria was used to grade the students' work: workmanship, skills, composition, flavour and taste, creativity, and presentation.
Congratulations to Elloise Ware, who took first place, Annabelle Isgrove and Lily Bissett MacEwen, who tied for second place and Rowan Morgan, who placed third!
We can only send two winners forward to the local heat so we drew names for the second representative, Elloise will be joined by Annabelle.
