Ski Trip 2025

We are pleased to be able to launch our next school ski trip. We will be travelling to Borgata, Sestriere, Italy with Ski Team 4, a well-established ABTA, LOTC and School Travel Forum bonded travel company, who specialise in catering for school groups. 

This ski trip provides a unique opportunity to experience an exciting outdoor activity in beautiful surroundings. The trip is suitable for skiers of all abilities, from complete beginner through to expert. We've previously run 6 school ski trips, most recently in February of this year, and students always have the most wonderful time. It’s certainly a life experience and something they will remember for many years to come. We are staying at the Hotel Sciatori, which is a short drive from the slopes (we’ll have the coach for the whole week) and set up to cater for school groups. For this trip, we’ve made sure the resort is suitable for all abilities, with lots of blue runs for beginners, and red runs for progression.

The package is very comprehensive and includes the following:

• 5 nights’ full board accommodation 
• 5-day hire of skis, boots, poles, helmets
• 5-day x 5 hours’ ski tuition 
• 5-day lift pass
• A trip hoodie for each student
• Return coach travel by executive coach to and from school 
• Return ferry crossing from Dover – Calais route 
• Full Medical, Travel Insurance Cover
• Snow guarantee
• Evening Entertainment programme

 The full cost of the trip is a very competitive £1305. The first payment is a non-refundable deposit of £155 payable immediately, followed by a second non-refundable deposit of £150 at the end of November. The remaining balance should then be paid at £100 per month for the next 10 months, which takes until the end of September 2024.

Churchill students currently in Years 7 through to 10 are invited to attend this trip. The trip is expected to be popular, and places are limited, with only 40 available. Our last two trips have been completely full. If you wish your child to participate, you can secure their place by logging onto ParentPay and pay the £155 deposit by Tuesday 31st October. However, the places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and only the first 40 payments will be accepted by the ParentPay system. 

Once your child’s place is secured, formal paperwork will be arranged afterwards.
